Returns & warranty

14-day withdrawal for consumers and product warranty.

Withdrawal right (14 days)

If you are a consumer (natural person) and bought online, you may withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason — under Latvian consumer protection law.

The item must be in the same condition as received: no use beyond what is needed to inspect it, complete accessories, and preferably in the original packaging.

How to return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number, what you return and why (withdrawal / defect).
  2. Wait for confirmation and shipping instructions — do not send goods without agreement.
  3. Pack securely; include a copy of the invoice / order confirmation if available.

After we receive and check the goods we refund by the same payment method (usually within 14 days). Return shipping for a no-defect withdrawal is normally paid by the buyer unless agreed otherwise.

When withdrawal does not apply

  • Custom-made goods.
  • Hygiene / sealed goods where the seal is broken, if the law excludes return.
  • Software / digital content after use has begun (where applicable).
  • Other exclusions under EU / Latvian law.

Business customers (B2B)

The 14-day consumer withdrawal right does not apply to company / sole-trader orders unless agreed in writing. B2B returns only by separate agreement.

Warranty and defects

Consumer goods are covered by the statutory quality guarantee (typically up to 24 months from delivery unless stated otherwise). Any commercial / manufacturer warranty on the product card may differ.

  • Contact us before returning a defective item yourself.
  • We may offer repair, replacement or refund — as appropriate and required by law.
  • Warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse or damage after delivery.
