What we process and why

• Orders & delivery: name, email, phone, address — to perform the contract.
• Account: email, name, password hash / OTP — account access.
• Payment: details needed for invoicing and accounting (payer details).
• Enquiries: contact, cooperation and newsletter forms — to reply and keep records.
• Technical: IP, user-agent, cookies — security and site operation.

Legal bases

Contract performance, legal duties (accounting, tax), legitimate interest (site security) and consent where required (e.g. marketing).

Retention

Order and accounting data — at least as long as the law requires. Consent-based data — until withdrawn. Security logs — for a limited period.

Recipients

Carriers, payment / IT providers, hosting — only as needed for the service. Transfers outside the EEA only with appropriate safeguards.
